Your diagrams are yours.
This launch-ready draft explains the data SketchFlow needs to save and share your work. It must receive owner or legal review before production publication.
What we store
Your verified Google identity, profile preferences, diagram text and visual settings, collaborator roles, legal acknowledgements, and limited security audit events. We do not store your Google password or provider access tokens.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, synchronize sketches, enforce sharing permissions, provide exports and deletion, and protect the service from misuse.
Service providers
OpenAI Sites hosts the application. Supabase provides authentication and the encrypted managed database. Google provides the sign-in identity you choose to use.
Sharing and retention
Sketches are private unless their owner adds a registered collaborator. Deleted data is removed from the live service and may remain in encrypted backups until the normal backup retention period expires.
Your choices
You can export your account data, remove collaborators, delete sketches, and permanently delete your account from Account settings.
